MY JOURNEY
01 - OBSERVATION
Learning to observe.
I started with filmmaking, motion, and visual storytelling — trying to understand how people connect with moments, pacing, and emotion.
02 - STORYTELLING
Then I learned to shape what people felt.
Editing rooms taught me that meaning isn't in the footage — it's in the order. Pacing, restraint, the cut you don't make. I started caring less about the camera and more about the structure underneath.
03 - TRANSITION
Same craft. Different surface.
The film-room instincts didn't go away. Composition. Pacing. Restraint. They just stopped being about footage and started being about interfaces.
04 - PRESENT
Now I'm setting foundations
At GE Vernova on the PlanOS team, leading design on the Map Component — the surface where utility planners reason about how the electricity grid grows over the next 10 to 30 years.
The work right now is foundational. How measuring works. What it means to draw on the map. How gestures behave at every zoom level. These decisions shape the logic and behavior the rest of the system will build on top of for years to come.
